Method
1. In the electric mixer put the basil, then add the chopped garlic and pine nuts.
2. Add parmesan cheese.
3. Mix the mixture well then gradually add the olive oil.
4. Put the pesto sauce in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir.
