Green Tea Cookies

Ingredients

300 grams of flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of green tea powder
3 eggs
100 grams of sugar
125 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 grams apple jam
fine sugar
1 stick of cinnamon or vanilla

Method

1. Sift dry ingredients and set aside: flour, pastry yeast, salt and green tea
2. Whisk eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla well, then add apples while continuing to whisk
3. Add dry ingredients or with a spoon
4. Make balls with the dough, put it in fine sugar to cover it completely and then put it in the tray while leaving a distance between the cookies
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
6. Put cookies in the oven to bake between 15 to 18 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies and the type of the oven
7. Take out the cookies from the oven and leave in the tray until completely cooled
