Ingredients

1 green bell pepper, cut into quarters
1 red bell pepper, cut into quarters
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into quarters
1 large zucchini, sliced
2 long eggplant slices
1/4 cup of pomegranate molasses
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Spray oil

Method

1. Season vegetables in pomegranate molasses, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
