Cheese and Thyme Pastries

Ingredients
For the Dough:
3 cups of All Purpose Flour
3 teaspoons instant yeast
2 spoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 spoons yogurt
1/2 cup oil
Salt
1 - 1 1/2 cups of warm water
Thyme mixed with olive oil
Mix of (Akkawi Cheese, Hallomi Cheese and Mozzarella)
3 cups of All Purpose Flour

Thyme mixed with olive oil
Mix of (Akkawi Cheese, Hallomi Cheese and Mozzarella)
Method
1. To make the Dough:
In the bowl of the food processor, combine the dough ingredients except for the water. Mix and add the water slowly until soft dough is made. Cover and set aside for around 1 hour to rest.
2. Cut the dough into balls and then spread them into circles of medium thickness.
3. Put the mix of thyme and oil on some of them
4. Put the cheese mix on the rest
5. Preheat the oven for around 5-7 minutes and then put the pastries
6. Bake until the pastries are done. Oven Temperature: 180.
