Mix Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

1 large onion chopped
1 tomato
500 g meat
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp chilli
Arabic bread: as needed
1/2 cup of olive oil

Method

1. Using the meat grinder, chop the meat. Then put the onions and tomatoes in the food processor, and grind them well.
2. Put the mixture in a mixing bowl, and add minced meat.
3. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
4. Grease the bread inside and outside with olive oil, and stuff it with the minced meat filling.
5. Put the bread in the oven until the bread is brown and the meat is done.
Serve hot or warm.
