Ingredients
20 small tomatoes
1/2 cup green mint
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cold water

Method
1. In the blender jug, put tomatoes, mint, salt and black pepper. Add cold water. Turn on the blender on a medium speed until you have a soft drink.
2. Put ice cubes in the cups, pour tomato juice and serve directly.
