Ingredients

0.5 Kg of Chickpeas
1 small onion
4 Cloves garlic
1/4 cup coriander
1/4 cup parsley leaves
2 spoons falafel spices
1 spoon cumin
1 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon of salt
1/2 spoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of cold water

Method

1. Using the food processor, combine all ingredients and add the water slowly until the mixture is made.
2. set the mixture aside for 30 minutes
