Ingredients

2 cups of flour
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 spoon baking powder
1 spoon shredded orange peel
1 tea spoon vanilla

Method

1. mix the flour and baking powder and set aside
2. Using the juice extractor, squeeze 1 cup of orange juice
3. Use the food processor (whisk) and add the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix well
4. Add the oil, orange juice and orange peel and mix
5. Add the flour and baking powder slowly and mix continuously until you get a smooth mixture
7. Put the mixture in cake pan (coated with butter and flour or with parchment paper)
8. Pour the cake mixture in the cake pan and put it in a preheated oven
9. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes until it is done and on 180 degrees
