Cheese and Thyme Pastries

Ingredients

5 cups of flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of instant yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup oil

Method

1. In the food processor, put two cups of flour with the amount of salt, sugar, yeast and water, and knead until the mixture is firm.
2. Cover it and leave it in a warm place for ten minutes until the dough is brewed.
Then add the rest of the ingredients (3 cups of flour and oil).
3. Mix the ingredients on a slow speed for 4 - 5 minutes until the ingredients are mixed well.
4. Put the dough in a bowl, and cover it with nylon for 30 minutes to rest.
Used to make many sweet and savory pastries.
